Steel Structure Installation

Technical preparation: Formulate installation technical plans. The single-layer steel structure project should adopt a split installation method, and the roof system should adopt a comprehensive installation method.
Preparation of construction equipment and materials: including hoisting machinery, various auxiliary construction equipment, steel components, various welding materials and fasteners, etc.
Column base inspection: column base leveling and elevation control, review the axis and adjust the installation alignment line, check the position, size and quality of the anchor bolt axis.
Component cleaning: Clean up the steel column and other first hoisting components, number and install the installation line in place.

Single-layer steel structure installation
The steel column should be hoisted by a one-point straight-hanging lashing method. When it is in place, align the anchor bolts and fall slowly. After alignment, screw the nuts to temporarily fix the column and correct its plane position and verticality; after correction, finally screw the nuts, use the pads to weld firmly with the bottom plate of the column, and then the bottom of the column is grouted and fixed.
The crane beam adopts two-point lashing, and a sliding rope is used to control the aerial posture of the components during the lifting process to facilitate alignment and avoid collisions.After being temporarily fixed in place, the verticality, elevation and vertical and horizontal axis positions of the crane beam should be corrected.
The installation of the roof frame should be carried out after the pillars are corrected and fixed; the roofing system can be hoisted after the expanded combination assembly, and the expanded combination assembly unit should become a spatial structure with a certain stiffness.The installation of purlin and other components should be carried out after the roof frame is adjusted and positioned.
The length and size of the columns, beams, supports and other components of multi-layer and high-rise steel structures should include deformation values such as welding shrinkage margin.
